You can quickly reach your competent contact person on the respective hotline extension who knows every detail and explains to you with pleasure the functions and connections. You will automatically be put through to the employee who is just available. If all lines are busy, you can decide, after a short waiting period, whether you will carry on wait, leave a message, or want to be put through to the switchboard.
